Overview
The fully automatic flash tester is a precision measuring instrument that uses a new type of image measurement technology. It is mainly developed to meet the needs of users for fast measurement. It can measure two-dimensional plane dimensions with one click, or be equipped with an optical non-contact measuring head to achieve precise and fast measurement of parameters such as height dimensions and flatness. In the field of industrial manufacturing, it can improve the efficiency of the production line and the quality of the product by accurately measuring the target object. It is widely used in product quality control and process improvement of machinery, motors, automotive parts, precision tools, molds, optical components, etc.
Standard
- place workpiece and one-button automatically measurement;
- Automatically adjust the Z-axis height to adjust the focus to keep the measured object clear；
- High-efficiency measurement,one-button to measuring different parts and multiple measuring size to complete at one programming of different features
- Intelligently identify the edge of the workpiece to reduce human measurement errors. The "sub-pixel processing" can automatically identify the edge of the workpiece for detection and measurement, and the "fitting processing" can extract more than 100 measurement edge points for fitting, identifying lines, circles, arcs, etc.
- Dozens of auxiliary operators can simplify complex measurements and simultaneously measure multiple elements such as workpiece width, holes, rings, angles, etc., improving programming efficiency;
- The measurement results are automatically saved in files, and the OK and NG data are automatically counted；
- The measurement data is automatically collected and statistical charts are generated, such as normal distribution histograms, trend charts, excel tables, etc.。
